Expectations:
Thank you so much for signing up to help with the Good Friday Gathering Event. The main goal is to share and show the love of Jesus to students.

Date: March 29th
Time: 5:00- 9:00 pm
Location: GSW Campus 

  • Primary Sanford Hall porch and lawn (Outside, Marked #23 on map)
  • Secondary due to weather Wheatley Building (Inside, Marked #1 on map)

Basic Order of Events 
  • Setup - 5:00 - 7:20 pm 
  • Activities/Games and Foodie Pops - 6:30 pm

Here is how we will do this.
  • Arrive at 5:00 pm (or as soon as possible)
    • Park in front of or beside the Wheatley Admin. Building (#1), behind the Morgan Hall (#24) or Storm Dome (#10) 
  • Come with a smile and direct students to the activities, tables, and/or order of events. 
  • When you arrive, look for Stuart or Franklin. 
  • They will gather everyone before serving starts. 
    • We will need several volunteers/teams to set up activities, games (four games, 4 volunteers at each location), tables and chairs, AVL (2 stations, 2 volunteers at each), a popcorn machine (3 volunteers), and hospitality (10 volunteers floating around and pointing out things to do). We will make those teams based on volunteers who arrive. 
  • The Well Church table will be a hub for any questions or concerns during the event. 
  • We will stay within the boundaries of the event. We will have flags to indicate the event area. 
  • We will all help clean up after the gathering event.
